EMMA DE GIORGIO
Lawyer
Emma has been a solicitor at Clairs Keeley since 2024.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in 2017 and was admitted to practice in October 2020.
Emma qualified as an accredited mediator in 2023.
She has a wide range of experience, from working in private practice, accepting grants of Legal Aid, and working in community legal centres. She has also worked as a support worker in the disability services industry, which ignited a passion for helping people in need.
Emma has experience as a court advocate but is passionate about trying to resolve matters amicably, cost effectively and without litigation. She also has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and Collaborative Practice.
She prides herself on her collaborative and empathetic approach to her practice.
Outside of the law, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family, baking, watching sport and keeping active.
