COLLABORATIVE. PRACTICAL. UNDERSTANDING.

DULMINI ABEYSEKERA
Solicitor
Dulmini is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practise in both Sri Lanka and Australia, with experience in civil litigation and family law. She holds an LLB (Hons) from Staffordshire University and was admitted to the Bar in Sri Lanka, where she practised in civil litigation before moving to Australia.
After relocating to Australia, Dulmini continued her legal studies and practical training through Murdoch University, the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and the College of Law. She has worked with community legal centres and gained experience in corporate law before developing a particular interest in family law. Dulmini now practises exclusively in family law and enjoys helping clients navigate what can often be a difficult and uncertain time in their lives.
Dulmini believes in taking the time to understand her clients and what is important to them. She recognises that family law matters can be difficult and personal, and that every client’s circumstances are different. She aims to give clear and practical advice, while making sure her clients feel supported and understood throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, Dulmini enjoys spending time outdoors, getting creative in the kitchen and garden, and relaxing with a good book.
