Haveena Gill
Solicitor
Haveena is a solicitor in the family law team at Clairs Keeley Lawyers, where she assists clients through financial and parenting matters, tailoring her approach to each client’s individual needs.
Haveena graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2024 with a Master of Legal Practice and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool.
Haveena has built her experience in family law across private practice and community legal organisations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the deeply personal and complex nature of family law. These opportunities solidified her interest in practising in this area.
Through her time with Legal Aid WA and Law Access, Haveena has supported clients through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Her dedication was recognised in 2025, when she received the Leah Jane Cohen Award for her volunteer paralegal work with Law Access.
In her spare time, Haveena enjoys scrapbooking and watching cricket with her family.
